Therapy often focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions and exploring the past. Coaching is forward-focused — we build practical tools, regulation skills, and goal frameworks so you can move toward the life you want. Coaching is not a replacement for therapy or medical care.
It means we work with your nervous system — your body's stress and safety signals — alongside your thoughts. Anxiety lives in the body, so we address it there too, not just in your head.
Yes. All sessions are held over a secure video platform, so you can join from anywhere you feel comfortable — no commute, no waiting room.
Most clients feel a shift within the first 2–3 sessions as they learn regulation tools they can use immediately. Deeper, lasting change typically unfolds over 6–10 sessions.
Absolutely. Every new client begins with a free 20-minute virtual consultation so we can make sure we're a great fit before you commit.
Life happens. Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge.
Coaching is generally not covered by insurance. We accept all major credit cards, and payment plans are available for multi-session packages.
